FYP may provide general procedural information published by USCIS or other government agencies, but we do not determine which application you should file based on your individual circumstances and we do not provide legal advice. If you are unsure which immigration benefit or application is appropriate for you, please consult an immigration attorney.
We review immigration forms you prepared yourself based on the information and documents you provide. We check the entries, missing information, and supporting documents you plan to submit.

No refund is available once work has started.

Work is considered to have started at the following points:

You decide whether and when to file the completed application. You are also responsible for the actual filing or submission.

FYP services do not include case-status checks, address changes, contacting USCIS or other government agencies, or responding to or submitting additional documents requested by a government agency after filing.

For Immigration Form Preparation, work begins when FYP receives your completed Client Information Sheet. For Pre-Filing Review, work begins when FYP receives the forms and complete set of supporting documents to be reviewed. No refund is available for cancellations after work has started. If a refund is otherwise due, it will generally be returned using the same payment method used for the original payment and may take up to approximately 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment processor or financial institution.

1. Scope of Services

For Your Projects LLC (FYP) provides immigration form preparation, pre-filing review, other document preparation, and notary services. FYP assists clients who have decided to file on their own with immigration form preparation and pre-filing review.

2. No Legal Advice or Attorney-Client Relationship

For Your Projects LLC is not a law firm. No attorney-client relationship is created by this Agreement or by FYP's services. FYP may provide general procedural information published by USCIS and other government agencies, but FYP does not determine what a client should file based on the client's individual circumstances and does not provide legal consultation or legal advice. If you need legal advice, please consult an immigration attorney.

3. Client Responsibility for Accuracy of Information

Form preparation and pre-filing review are based on the information and documents provided by the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete. FYP cannot review information or documents that the client has not provided. FYP is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.

4. Start of Work and Turnaround Time

For Immigration Form Preparation, work begins when FYP receives the client's completed Client Information Sheet, and the first draft is normally sent within 3 business days. For Pre-Filing Review, work begins when FYP receives the forms and complete set of supporting documents to be reviewed, and review results are normally sent within 3 business days. Items requiring correction or confirmation will be identified on the PDF.

5. Notary Services

For notarization, the signer must present valid government-issued photo identification. A notarization verifies the identity of the signer as required for the notarial act; it does not guarantee the contents or legal validity of the document.

6. Filing, Submission, and Post-Filing Matters

The client is responsible for deciding whether and when to file the completed application and for completing the actual filing or submission. If you have an arrest history (including DUI/DWI) or other circumstances that concern you in connection with an immigration application, please consult an immigration attorney before filing. FYP does not make legal determinations or provide legal advice based on a client's individual circumstances. FYP services do not include checking case status after filing, changing an address, contacting USCIS or other government agencies on the client's behalf, or responding to or submitting additional documents requested by a government agency after filing.

7. Fees and Refunds

Service fees are due when the service is requested. For Immigration Form Preparation, work begins when FYP receives the client's completed Client Information Sheet. For Pre-Filing Review, work begins when FYP receives the forms and complete set of supporting documents to be reviewed. No refund is available for cancellations after work has started. If a refund is otherwise due, it will generally be returned using the same payment method used for the original payment. Depending on the payment processor or financial institution, it may take up to approximately 10 business days for the refund to appear in the client's account. Government filing fees and other government charges are not included in FYP service fees and are paid separately by the client.

8. Disclaimer

FYP is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from government agency decisions, changes in law, errors arising from information provided by the client, or the client's decision whether or how to file or submit an application.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaii.

10. Privacy

Personal information and documents provided by the client will be handled in accordance with FYP's Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before using FYP services.
